The upper tier of deckhouse is arranged with wheelhouse and passenger cabin with 56 seats and the lower tier with 126 seats. All living spaces and wheelhouse are designed to be air-conditioned to offer a comfortable and seaworthy condition for passengers.

An aft cargo space is also arranged to locate one car and 10 motorcycles for local inhabitants. The hull under main deck is divided by watertight bulkheads into fore peak, bow thruster room, void, yank space, engine room and steering gear room to comply with a one compartment damaged stability standard.

All the design and construction are complied with rules and requirements of CR with notation: CR100+, Ferry, Great Coastal Service, CMS+.

The main features of the Vessel include:

• The intact and damaged stability complied with passenger ship standards of Governmental Regulations.
• The hull form of the vessel has been improved to achieve good resistance and see-keeping performance based on parent ship which tested at model basin and testified during sea trial.
• The life-saving and fire fighting facilities complied with rule requirements.
• To prevent excessive noise in passenger cabins and wheelhouse, anti-noise measures are taken on the Vessel:
  

  Flexible mountings of engine seat.

  Damping material fitted on bottom and bulkheads of engine room.

  Rock wool and glass wool installed in engine room and crew cabin compartment.

• The major navigation facility includes Radar, GPS, EPIRB, Siren and VHF.
