Tab & Slot Construction Kits are gradually adopted by more
and more shipyards, especially in the area of high labor
cost, such as Taiwan. We train design engineers, bought
CAD/CAM software and expensive CNC cutting machines. We
also bundle the "tab & slot constructions kits" with our
design package, which will facilitate clients' works,
increase efficiency and reduce possible human error.
Assembly
Every cut pieces are numbered, and all the connection
points are cut in the slot way. The assembly workers only
need to fit the pieces together according to assemble
drawing. This assemble method would reduce a lot of labor
cost and error, and special trainings won't be necessary
to the assembling process.
