Briefing
The major difference from other shipyards is the employment policy of the company. Most employees are long-term workers while others mainly hire the contract workers based on their orders. Although the personnel cost is higher than that of other shipyards, the benefits of higher quality, more stable production rate, and possible innovations are irreplaceable. Thanks to all the workers in the company, now the excellent quality of production has been recognized.
Currently, there are 110 employees in the company
including about 20 staffs. The average age is about 36.
