Design for Production

We have developed and implemented the design for production techniques to improve production information used on the manufacturing floor for many years. The design for production practices reduces the construction cost of our vessels by introducing efficiencies and increases customers' satisfaction by offering innovative design. Our shipyard is now fully immersed in the design for production culture. We have also developed the 3D model design process which can be periodically reviewed to identify the necessary changes during the design phase, when modifications are easier to make and more economical to implement from both cost and schedule prospective. The 3D model should be accurately extended into the production.
